Audi, which has set the benchmark for premium car customization since 1995, is commemorating its 30th anniversary of top-level customization this year. Audi exclusive is launching new colors and materials to offer the company’s flagship A6 Avant a distinct personality. The maestro of improvements will show a unique representation of the premium model during Milan Design Week, which runs from April 7 to 13. In addition to the extensive customization choices available through Audi exclusive, demonstrations on aerodynamics and lighting technologies give valuable insights.
Audi’s distinctive philosophy states that your automobile should be an obvious manifestation of your individuality. Customers may personalize their car to create a one-of-a-kind model. Individual luxury is built on high-quality materials and a meticulous attention to detail.
The new A6 Avant impresses with its excellent proportions, including a long wheelbase, huge wheels, and contoured bodywork. At Milan Design Week, Audi will show an improved version of the premium vehicle. The sports seats are decorated in a sumptuous Baikal Blue and Neodymium Gold color scheme, with contrasting Baikal Blue stitching. The A6 Avant, when combined with vanadium applications, elevates elegance and luxury to new levels.
“Neodymium is a metal that occurs naturally in combination with minerals. Our selection of colors was inspired by this luxurious element,” said Color & Trim Designer Nadine Wolfinger. “Combined with the intense hue of Baikal Blue, the interior takes on a particularly elegant appearance. In bright light, the blue appears vibrant and radiant, but in subdued light, it takes on a soothing, almost mystical depth.”
During the design expo, attendees may visit a “Material Bar” where specifically designed displays, such as three sitting islands with contrasting stitching and several leather hues, give them a preview of the extensive assortment that Audi Exclusive offers.
The topics of aerodynamics and light are explored in two concentrated displays, with an amazing backdrop provided by an art piece. Once more, the idea comes from the A6 Avant. Its exceptional aerodynamics, which include a drag coefficient of 0.25—the greatest value for an Avant with a combustion engine in Audi history—are a result of its sporty and sophisticated design. Additionally, the lighting technology establishes standards. The A6 Avant’s optional second-generation digital OLED rear lights combine cutting-edge technology with lighting design in a distinctive manner.
In recent years, there has been a major improvement in the capacity to immediately incorporate high-demand design alternatives into manufacturing. Eleven exterior color options are now available to drivers of the regular A6 Avant, including the brand-new Midnight Green, Ascari Blue Metallic, and Daytona Gray Pearl Effect, which are only available for cars with an S line exterior.
From the sporty Merlin Pearl Effect and sophisticated Siam Beige Metallic to the recognizable Nogaro Blue that has defined the Audi special line and famous vehicles like the RS 2 since the beginning, the Audi exclusive portfolio also offers a broad choice of other finishes. The regular colors of other Audi vehicles are also offered, in addition to unique hues that are specific to Audi.
There are several different progressive wheel designs in different colors to complement the chosen finish. The Audi Sport 21-inch multi-spoke wheels, which include a burnished metallic black wheel—the only wheel in the portfolio with a tri-color design—are the most eye-catching. When combined with the polished silver, matte neodymium gold, and black metallic sections, the latter is very striking.
To give their A6 Avant a distinctive appearance, clients can select from eleven primary inside colors and three accent colors in addition to the special exterior colors offered by Audi special. Baikal Blue, Neodymium Gold, Ginger White, Almond Beige, Mint Gray, and Mora Violet are among the new interior color schemes.
Additionally, Audi Exclusive provides two distinct design options that make the inside stand out by using highly contrasted colors. In the first, the seat center panel is distinguished by its perforated fine napa leather and neodymium diamond stitching, while the side bolsters are colored dark Baikal Blue. The two hues are wonderfully balanced by the contrasted Baikal Blue seams.
Additional Baikal Blue interior components, including the center armrest, center console trim, ornamental features on the instrument panel and doors, and front and rear door armrests, complete the sporty, sophisticated look. These components are made of Dinamica, a microfiber material that resembles suede in appearance and texture but contains around 50% recycled material. Neodymium contrasting stitching is used on all components, including the floor mats, the top portion of the dashboard, and the black leather steering wheel.
The second design package concentrates on textiles and creates a color play with Neodymium Gold accents and the light gray fabric Kaskade. The cover, Kaskade, which isn’t further colored, is suggestive of natural materials like wool.
Exclusive ornamental inlays and contrasting stitching in bright orange
Bright contrasting stitching provides further highlights and complements the two design bundles. Customers have complete control over the colors of the floor mats, steering wheel, interior components, and seats. The possibilities for customization are endless. Along with popular hues like Ocean Blue and Iguana Green, a new color is now available: Bright orange provides the A6 Avant a sporty appearance and adds that extra something, especially when paired with black leather.
Additionally, Audi Exclusive sells particular ornamental inlays. Poplar in natural silver brown with light gray linen décor is a brand-new choice for the Audi A6, which is now available for the first time. The popular décor is a harmonious addition to the space because of its uniform construction and opulent hue. It is ideal to work with since it is elastic, strong, and incredibly light. The linen’s extremely interesting fiber structure, which also incorporates recycled polyester, makes it both understated and sophisticated.
